Anything in the catalog. Whether the 25-inch or the 27-inch inseam is the one for a 5 foot 4 frame. Which of the biker shorts has the third pocket and which has the two. Whether the fleece-lined pair is the right one for a walk at twenty degrees or only for the drive there. What the built-in shorts under a tennis dress are actually made of. Which sports bra takes the pads out and which does not.

Corrections most of all. If a size run here argues with the label sewn into the pair in your hand, tell us the page and the figure. We fix it on the next update and say what changed.

What belongs to the till

Where a parcel is, what a refund is doing, why a delivery slipped a day, how to swap a Medium for a Large: those live with the shop that took your money, and they can see the order while we cannot. Payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site.

How long we take

One mailbox, read by the people who keep this site. Catalog questions come back inside a working day or two. A correction that needs the data rebuilt comes back twice: once to say we have it, once when it is live.
